Two step up at Redrow
The housebuilder has two new department heads in the region, with Amanda Jones becoming head of sales at the Daresbury headquarters, and Kerrie Clayton becoming head of customer service.
Jones joined Redrow’s graduate training programme in 2015 and subsequently progressed through the ranks as a project coordinator, area sales manager and finally sales manager before taking on her new role.
She said: “I have always found the property industry so interesting, and housebuilding offers the opportunity to be part of a sector that creates new places and communities from scratch.”
Jones will now oversee each development and sales team across all of Redrow’s 17 sales outlets across the North West.
She added: “The people I have worked with during my career makes Redrow a place where I thoroughly enjoy working. The premium product we offer alongside a premium level of service to customers make Redrow the most desirable brand to work for.
“No day is the same, there are so many varied aspects to my new role. I’m really pleased to be stepping into this position and continuing to work with a great team.”

Clayton has been working for Redrow for 12 years, joining the team in Lancashire as a customer service coordinator before moving on to senior coordinator, customer service manager, senior customer service manager and now head of customer services.
She said: “I love working with people and customers and I’m passionate about ensuring all our customers receive a high level of customer care. This job is tough, but you also get such a high level of satisfaction.”
In her new role, Clayton will take responsibility for leading the customer service team and technicians, ensuring everyone has the equipment and resources needed to deliver work to the highest standard.
She will also handle and oversee any customer complaints, providing support to the managing director and the wider board as required.
