Falconer Chester Hall appoints financial director
Mandy Falkingham has been promoted to the company’s core leadership team after working at the architecture firm for 28 years.
Falkingham had previously been a financial manager at Falconer Chester Hall. Her appointment was one of several promotions at the Liverpool-headquartered company. Also moving up the career ladder were Ki Tillotson, who was promoted to associate, and Daniel Hales, Eleonora Moltabano, Matt Smith, and Amy Whitmore – all of whom are now senior architects.
FCH has been busy of late ensuring projects meet the Building Safety Act regulations. The practice currently has 14 projects that must meet the BSA rules, including Legacie’s West One in Salford. The group expects to achieve its first Gateway II approval within the coming weeks.
“The industry is grappling with the complexity and additional workload brought about by the new regulatory requirements of the BSA and it has become a specialism of our business,” said FCH managing director Adam Hall.
“These latest promotions are about us recognising colleagues’ efforts in acquiring that expertise and providing room to ensure the tier below can also develop it,” he continued.
FCH currently boasts a staff of 80 who work across its offices in Liverpool, Manchester, and London. Current projects include Ascot Luxury Living’s 194-flat redevelopment of Bogan’s Carpet Warehouse and Rosmara’s 160-apartment development off Vauxhall Road – both in Liverpool.
