CBRE doubles Liverpool office space

Moving from the sixth to the fifth floor within 4 St Paul’s Square, the consultancy now occupies 5,000 sq ft.

CBRE has called Schroder’s 107,000 sq ft Liverpool office home since 2013 when it signed for 2,500 sq ft on the sixth floor.

The move to a larger space downstairs follows significant growth over recent years that has seen the office headcount more than double from 17 to 38.

CBRE’s Liverpool office serves clients across the private and public sectors including Peel Waters, Bruntwood SciTech, Liverpool City Council, and the University of Liverpool.

Joe Rigby, managing director for CBRE in the North, said; “Our Liverpool team has seen sustained organic growth over the past five years and this has been facilitated by our integrated approach to working, combined with our multi-sector expertise and full-service client offer.

“The new office will help us continue to attract the very best talent pool to our business.”

The new office was designed and project managed in house by CBRE.

Neil Kirkham, head of office agency at CBRE Liverpool, added: “The workplace has changed significantly and our relocation has given the team an opportunity to deliver the highest quality fit out, whilst also promoting enhanced collaboration and wellbeing for our current and ever expanding Liverpool team.”
