BAAS Construction/Rok to refurbish Wigan houses

Wigan and Leigh Housing Company has awarded BAAS Construction and Rok a £30m contract to refurbish Wigan Council's housing stock.

Wigan and Leigh Housing Company was set up by the council to manage its housing stock.

The contract covers housing external works including, but not limited to, roofing, other structural works plus painting, fencing, paths and environmental works.
