Walker Sime hires Wright-Turner
Russell Wright-Turner has joined the construction consultancy as director of cost management.
In his new role, Wright-Turner will apply his expertise in cost planning, contract administration, risk management, and value engineering to help Walker Sime grow.
Wright-Turner joins from Manchester-based property consultant Zerum, where he served as head of cost management, overseeing large mixed-use projects that spanned the residential, commercial, retail, PBSA, and hotel markets.
Russell Wright-Turner said: “Walker Sime is a business I’ve admired for some time, particularly for its culture and the quality of its people.
“I’m excited to join at a time of real momentum for the firm and look forward to helping strengthen and diversify the cost management offering.”
Wright-Turner will be based at Walker Sime’s Manchester HQ in The Cornerhouse at Trafford Park.
Walker Sime’s North West portfolio includes Liverpool Waters’ Central Docks, New Bailey in Salford, and Manchester’s Upper Bridge Street PBSA.
