Head of Property

The organisation: Baltic Creative CIC is a purpose-driven organisation supporting creative and digital businesses through workspace, community, and business support. Operating on a not-for-profit basis, we reinvest surpluses into growing creative talent and strengthening the Liverpool City Region’s independent business ecosystem.

The role: We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Head of Property to lead the management of our estate and support the growth of our portfolio. This is a hands-on role overseeing lettings, tenant relationships, and day-to-day property operations, while contributing to wider strategic plans.

Working within a small, collaborative team, you’ll take ownership of property performance, line manage a Property Assistant, and act as a key contact for tenants. You’ll also deputise for the CEO when required.

Your skills: You’ll be an experienced property professional with a strong understanding of commercial property management. RICS qualified (or equivalent), you’ll have a proven track record managing portfolios, leases, and service charges, alongside strong communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, customer-focused approach is essential.

Location: Baltic Creative CIC, 46A Jamaica Street, Liverpool

Hours: Full time, Mon-Fri (flexible working patterns available)

Salary: £50,000-£65,000 pa DOE
