Sullivan on the move to C&W

Industrial agency specialist John Sullivan has left Colliers after 10 years to join Cushman & Wakefield as a partner.

Sullivan has been working in industrial & logistics since 2003, working at Matthews & Goodman and Knight Frank before joining Lambert Smith Hampton in 2007, becoming director and head of I&L for the North West in 2014.

He joined Colliers in 2016 to head up the regional I&L division.

Cushmans’ industrial team worked on the recent disposal of an 8.66-acre development plot in Trafford Park that gives I&L heavyweight Prologis a return to the North West market.

Colliers’ industrial team was joint agent with B8RE on a record rent-setting 140,000 sq ft deal at Haydock in May, and advised on a Tameside deal that saw Oryx Real Estate Partners and Pembury acquire a former abattoir site for a 139,000 sq ft project.

Cushman & Wakefield also added Daniel Lewis to its Manchester-based office agency team earlier this year, Lewis joining from Canning O’Neill in February.

Ratings specialists Jason Gray and associate director Guy Fowke were then recruited by C&W from Knight Frank in April, Gray as partner and head of Manchester rating.
