Savills brings Manchester teams together

The consultancy has taken a further floor at Belvedere, allowing colleagues from the residential department to relocate from Bridge Street.

Savills’ residential lettings, sales and Northern residential property management hub has now moved to the firm’s office at Belvedere on Booth Street in the city.

The firm said that the move creates a central hub for the firm’s operations in the city and will support closer collaboration between departments. Floorplates at Belvedere are around 15,400 sq ft.

John-Paul Case, head of residential sales and lettings at Savills Manchester, said  “Bringing our residential lettings, sales and property management teams together with colleagues from across the wider business marks an exciting new chapter for the department.

“Having everyone based in one location will make it even easier to share expertise, work more closely with colleagues and provide joined-up advice to landlords, tenants, developers and investors, whilst being able to work even more closely with our new homes colleagues based out of Booth Street.

“While our address is changing, our commitment to clients remains exactly the same. This move gives us a stronger platform for future growth while ensuring our people continue to benefit from a first-class working environment in the heart of the city.”

James Evans, head of Savills Manchester, added: “Our Manchester office has grown significantly and is the second largest Savills office in the UK outside our London headquarters, with more than 450 colleagues based here.

“During our 30th year in the city, it feels particularly fitting that our Manchester teams have now come together under one roof at Belvedere. The move reflects the scale of the business today and reinforces our long-term commitment to Manchester, our clients and our people.

“We are delighted to welcome our residential colleagues to the office. Having all of our teams based together will make it easier to share expertise, strengthen relationships across the business and deliver an even more seamless service for clients across the North West.”
