Romac Technical Services expands in Heywood

The supplier of specialist logistics and installation services has expanded at Segro's Heywood Distribution Park in Rochdale.

The company is relocating from 4,696 sq ft Unit P1 at the park to 31,156 sq ft Unit B4, which will be used for storage and distribution and includes parking spaces for six wagons.

Romac Technical Services has agreed a five year lease with Segro for an undisclosed rent.

Jane Leedham, leasing manager at Segro, said: "We are very pleased that Romac has decided to remain at Heywood Distribution Park. The company first moved to the Park in 2009 and since then, it has been through a process of rapid expansion, which we are happy to say, we have been more than capable of accommodating at the Park."

Savills acted for Segro. Savills and King Sturge are joint letting agents at Heywood Distribution Park.
