Since the inaugural gathering at Manchester Hall in 2015, Place Party has grown to become the must-attend social event for the sector, regularly welcoming more than 700 property professionals for a night of revelry in the heart of the city.
In a calendar clogged up with black-tie dinners and tiresome awards ceremonies, Place Party stands alone as a night that provides guests with more of what they want and less of the stuff that turns them off.
That means no stuffy dress codes, long-winded speeches, and never-ending rounds of applause.
Tables are selling fast for Place Party 2025. Held in Manchester on 25 September, you can expect an informal evening with great food, flowing drinks, and fantastic entertainment, including Back Chat Brass and DJ royalty Graeme Park.
