Arley Homes expands team

Warrrington-based housebuilder, Arley Homes, has recruited Louise Pilkington as graduate land buyer and Gill Duddy as sales advisor.

Pilkington graduated from Liverpool University in July 2012 with a master's degree in commercial planning. Her role will involve engaging with land agents and owners whilst conducting market research and site assessments. Pilkington will report directly to Arley's land director, Chris Kershaw.

Based at Arley's Fairfax Green development in Nantwich, Duddy will be responsible for assisting with customer purchases from start to finish. Duddy has previously worked for Bellway and Morris Homes.

Louise brings with her a fresh approach to the construction and housebuilding industry and we are looking forward to watching her progress in her career within the team.
