Client-Side: Development Manager

The Company

An award-winning property company that develops high quality housing and property developments throughout the UK, that is looking to appoint an experienced development manager, based in the North West.

Having delivered more than 3,500 high quality homes in sought-after city locations and approaching £1 billion of development and a working pipeline of over £1 billion, operating across the Northwest, London and the Southwest regions.

Maintain full control of all developments, from concept to completion, thus creating value throughout the development process, maintaining the highest quality, all properties are built by a dedicated construction partner.

The Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee all designated development projects, from concept to completion.
• Manage project appraisals, budgets, and project timelines, risk analysis.
• Maintain robust partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to design teams, funders, sales /after-sales teams
• Prepare & deliver monthly reports and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders

About You

• MRICS Qualified (Optional subject to experience)
• Expertise in development management or development consultancy, spanning various asset categories, with a particular focus on residential projects.
• A strong understanding of commercial principles and financial management.
• Ability to prepare and understand development appraisals.
• Knowledge and interest of the UK’s residential property market.
• Exposure to property management or Landlord & Tenant affairs.
• Excellent report writing skills and a strong communicator.

Salary

Negotiable: Excellent Basic Salary, plus attractive bonus structure.
