Work complete on multi-million pound Lytham St Annes hotel

Silverstone Building Consultancy has finished converting two hotels into one 98-bed venue on the seafront.

The GSS designed renovation has seen the former Lindum and Carlton hotels on South Promenade merged to create Offshore, owned by The Inn Collection Group.

Silverstone project managed the redevelopment which included refurbing all bedrooms, extending the front, and adding bar, restaurant, and catering facilities.

The building, which is now open to the public, also has fresh rendering and a large external terrace with outdoor seating overlooking St Anne’s Pier and the Ribble Estuary.

Principal contractor on the project was Manchester-based Medlock, while Maughan Reynolds Partnership carried out the structural and civil engineering works. PWA Planning was the planning consultant for the scheme.

The mechanical and electrical installations were designed by Sine, with Design North responsible for  the interior.

We stayed here a few weeks ago and everything was great. The rooms are nice, the staff are friendly and the food was wonderful. We will be back.

It looks really nice & if the price is right we’ll give it a go on one of our regular trips from Cheshire. Many nice comments, whilst there’s always one who has to be nasty & do the resort down (St Annes local).
