New letting at Gemini Park in Warrington

Signature Doors has taken units 8 and 9 at Gemini Park in Europa Boulevard, Warrington.

The firm has signed a five year lease on the units totalling 10,375 sq ft and will use the space for the assembly and storage of garage doors with ancillary sales.

Richard Johnson, senior surveyor at joint agent on the scheme King Sturge, said: "Despite difficult market conditions, the park has continued to receive encouraging interest which has converted into lettings."

Located near to junctions 8 and 9 of the M62, unit 3 is under offer, leaving just units 4 and 5 available, totalling 9,880 sq ft, at the 57,940 sq ft park.
