Marketing firm moves to Crewe Hall Farm offices

RedEye, an online marketing company, is moving into Crewe Hall Farm, an office conversion owned by The Duchy of Lancaster.

The company signed a lease for 3,741 sq ft of office space and will move its 30 employees into the new premises on 1 September 2009.

Garry Lee, director of analytics at RedEye, said: "We're relocating to Crewe Hall Farm as we need more spacious accommodation that is flexible enough to support our future expansion plans.

"It's in a fantastic location with plenty of parking and a very modern layout, ensuring an ideal base for our Crewe operation. As an online marketing company reliant on technology, the advanced IT set up available at Crewe Hall Farm is also of great benefit."

Nick Dart, surveyor of lands for the Duchy of Lancaster, added: "Crewe Hall Farm is ideal for any organisation looking for environmentally-friendly and high specification office space with character. The buildings incorporate many original architectural features, such as stone staircases, exposed timber beams and brickwork, grain hoists and false window openings.

Crewe Hall Farm has been owned by the Duchy of Lancaster since 1936. In partnership with Maple Grove Developments, the Duchy converted the five 19th Century farm buildings on the site into offices. The farm provides a total of 27,500 sq ft of office space with individual suites from 768 sq ft.

Lamonts Commercial and Knight Frank are the agents for the scheme.
