Liam Piercy has joined the consultancy’s Manchester office from Hollis amid a period of growth.

Piercy has joined Fourth Wall from Hollis amid a period of growth. The company, based at Cubo in the Lincoln, hired three new staff in October.

During his career, Piercy has worked in-house as a building surveyor on the Buckingham Palace, Kensington Palace, and Windsor Castle estates.

“I am incredibly fortunate to have worked on some of the most iconic buildings in the UK, and with some of the most prestigious clients,” Piercy said.

“I will be bringing that experience, along with my passion for heritage and commercial professional services to the team, to provide industry leading standards and expertise in the personal, dynamic Fourth Wall way.”

Piercy will work alongside lead director Joshua Weston to further strengthen the Heritage and Dilapidations arms of the business.

“Liam’s expertise will add further depth to the Fourth Wall team, and will further enhance our offering, particularly within dilapidations matters, conservation and heritage, and project services going forward,” Weston said.

“His choice to join us is a real testament to the direction we are taking as a practice and reaffirms our commitment to provide the best in client service and expertise within the property sector. I am excited to see what talent like his can achieve for our clients in the dynamic and forward-thinking culture we have created here.”
