Surgeon to operate as CBRE director

The firm has made the appointment to bolster the growth of its rating team.

Paul Surgeon joins from Montagu Evans where he was based in Manchester and had spent the last 10 years with responsibility for the firm’s growth in the North.

He was also involved as part of the leadership team for town centre projects, which included the repurposing of department stores. Prior to this he was a senior surveyor for Lambert Smith Hampton.

A specialist in providing strategic advice to large owners, developers, and occupiers, Surgeon will continue to be based in Manchester with CBRE.

Surgeon also has experience of advising on major town centre regeneration schemes in Durham, Chester, Bootle, and Swindon.

He has represented clients in both the private and public sector, with additional experience in valuing large hospitals for rating purposes.
