Euan Kellie Property Solutions appoints director

Katie Daniels has been promoted to director at the town planning consultancy after three years with the Cheadle Hulme-based company.

Prior to joining Euan Kellie Property Solutions in 2019, Daniels worked for Warrington Council, Turley and IBI Group.

While at EKPS, Daniels has advised numerous clients including THG, Salboy and One Heritage. Recent projects include Donard Affordable Homes’ plans to turn the former Buzz Bingo Hall in Pendleton into 268 affordable homes and THG’s conversion of a former Asda warehouse in Dallam Lane into a plastics recycling facility.

EKPS founding director Euan Kellie praised Daniels.

“We are very proud to have Katie as part of our team and her promotion reflects the significant contribution that she has made to the business since joining in 2019,” he said.

“Katie forms a central part of our team and she has played an integral role in helping to deliver planning permission for a number of key developments across the region.”

Regarding her promotion, Daniels said: “I am really happy that my growing contribution to the business has been recognised and I look forward to continuing to work with great clients and playing a key role in the future growth of the business.”
