Director sells Assura shares

Jonathan Murphy, finance director of healthcare property developer Assura, has raised £585,000 from the sale of 1m shares at 55p a share.
Murphy joined the Warrington-based listed company from fund manager Brooks Macdonald in September 2012. The sale leaves him with 876,250 shares in Assura.
Colleague Andrew Darke, property director, sold shares worth £300,000 before Christmas.
