Camelot Group rolls into Tiger Court

Marshall CDP has let a 5,018 sq ft office unit to the Camelot Group at Tiger Court within Kings Business Park in Knowsley.

The operator of the National Lottery has agreed to take unit 12 on a ten-year lease at the development for an undisclosed sum.

Camelot plans to use the unit as administrative office space and will occupy both floors following the completion of a fit-out earlier this week.

Simon Marshall, of Marshall CDP, said: "Camelot will be in good company. Kings Business Park and Tiger Court have attracted top names from a range of industries showing that if you provide excellent space to do business you attract the very best."

The 36,000 sq ft Tiger Court is already home to Duncan Gibbons Solicitors and charity Richmond Fellowship.

Three units are available at Tiger Court for lease or purchase, which is situated on the 50-acre business park located from junction 2 of the M57 motorway.

Companies including Vertex, Balfour Beatty and Knowsley Housing Trust are all based at Kings Business Park.

Keppie Massie and Knight Frank are joint agents on the building.
