Bruntwood lets office at The Plaza to law firm

Resolution Law, a division of DWF Solicitors, is moving to a larger office at The Plaza building on Old Hall Street from its Castle Street office in Liverpool.

The division, consisting of a team of 30 personal injury and accident claims lawyers, has agreed to take 8,000 sq ft at Bruntwood's city centre building as it plans to expand. The cost of the rental agreement was not disclosed.

Resolution Law was set up in June last year as a separate arm to DWF Solicitors, which has an office at St Paul's Square in Old Hall Street.

David BlaquièreDavid Blaquière, partner at Resolution Law, said: "This latest move is a further sign that we are continuing to buck the trend. Resolution Law is a growing part of our business and our specialists have the experience and expertise to handle even the most complex accident claims and Personal Injury cases."

David Guest, regional director of Bruntwood, added: "We're committed to making our customers leases as flexible and practical as possible. By listening to what DWF wanted we were able to provide them value for money, through a move within our Liverpool portfolio. It's great news for the city as this significant letting highlights a returning confidence to the region's property market."
