Marcus Dixon is the director of UK residential research at JLL. Few have a better grasp of where the residential market is heading than Dixon. He will provide an in-depth look at how PBSA fits into our towns and cities, where the growth areas are, and what the knock-on effect of delivering more purpose-built student housing will be on the rest of the resi market.

Rachael Gordon

Racheal Gordon is the head of deal execution at Maslow Capital. Maslow has been more active than most funders during the recent economic upheaval. Gordon will touch on key deals in the student housing arena, discuss how developers are adapting to the inflationary environment and explain why Maslow sees PBSA as an attractive proposition.

Professor Tim Jones, University of Liverpool

Professor Tim Jones is the vice-chancellor of the University of Liverpool. Liverpool’s economy and its universities are inextricably linked, perhaps more so than many other UK cities. Jones will shine a light on how that relationship works, UoL’s exciting development pipeline, and how education fits into Liverpool’s ambition of being a life sciences superpower.
