B&M store up for grabs in Accrington

Offers in excess of £4.2m are invited for the 31,000 sq ft retail warehouse, let to the bargain shopping giant until June 2032.

Carrick Real Estate and Taylor Weaver are handling the sale on behalf of the vendor, a private family interest.

As set out in the particulars, the 31,430 sq ft asset brings in just under £300,000 in rent a year, equating to £9.57 per sq ft. There is an open-market rent review due in June 2027.

The B&M Homestore comes with a garden centre, and is located off Hyndburn Road next to a large-format Asda. It has 160 parking paces on a plot of 3.6 acres.

Originally occupied by Homebase, the building was developed in 1989 and has an EPC rating of -B.
