BA Commercial appoints directors

Robbie Clarke and Howard Cole have been promoted to the senior position, buying into the chartered surveying company that they joined as graduate surveyors more than five years ago.

BA Commercial provides agency, valuation, property and asset management, and landlord and tenant services. The more than 50-year-old firm has offices in Chester and St Asaph.

Clarke and Cole are both members of BA Commercial’s agency department and were associate directors before their promotion in April to director shareholders.

Frase Crewe, head of BA Commercial’s agency team, praised the two’s professional journey.

“It is great news to see two chartered surveyors joined BA Commercial as graduate surveyors, now becoming shareholders with the intent of progressing and developing the business going forward,” Crewe said.

Clarke shared his and Cole’s ambitions for BA Commercial.

“We are looking to expand the business across all lines, and ultimately go on a recruitment drive and look to expand in areas where BA Commercial has had a less active presence than other areas,” Clarke said.

“We are a hardworking and committed team and have the capacity to go even further.”

Cole echoed Clarke’s words.

“The company has developed a lot in the past 5-years and it has been good to be a part of that growth together with the rest of the team, we now look forward to the future and continuing to deliver the best service possible to clients,” Cole said.
