Plans lodged with Pendle for up to 70 homes
Dalesview Developments is behind the proposals for land east of Colne Road in Earby.
The Skipton-based developer is seeking full approval for 39 homes on the northern section of the 6.5-acre site, and outline permission for up to 31 dwellings in the southern section.
Of the 39 homes in the northern section, four would be classed as affordable.
These homes would be a mixture of one-, two-, three-, and four-bed properties, with 77 parking spaces for residents and visitors.
Public open space is also proposed to the south of the development, according to the plans which have been lodged with Pendle Council.
All matters for the 31 homes phase of the plan are reserved except for access to the site, which is currently an open field, and would be from Colne Road.
The project team features Rural Solutions, VIA Solutions, Fairhurst, Iain Tavendale, Wright Environment.
