Associate Building Surveyor

Are you a Senior level Building Surveyor who is looking to strike that all important work life balance? I have a unique opportunity for a Senior/Associate Building Surveyor.

Working in the beautiful Lake District, you will run your own projects and work closely with a broad range of clients. You will be part of a close knit team, with some responsibility for co-ordinating the delivery of projects & survey work within both the public and private sectors.

This role is also unique for another reason, although you will hold the position of Associate within the office, there is no requirement for you to business develop, network, or generate business, unless of course, you particularly want to!

Imagine driving through the Cumbrian hills to each site visit, rather than sitting on a motorway for hours, and where every weekend is like the perfect weekend away.
