- JAMES TOOTLE, BRUNTWOOD WORKS | Works with over 150 operators including independent shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and street food traders as well as national retailers, gyms, and hotels.
- ANDY HALL, SAVILLS | Based in the Manchester office, his particular area of specialism is the strategic asset management, leasing and development of food and non-food retail warehouse schemes.
- PHIL HEPWORTH, AEW ARCHITECTS | Leads projects across all Aew’s specialist sectors. He has worked extensively in the retail and leisure sectors and is currently leading a number of town centre regeneration projects across the North West.
- FELICITY TULLOCH, KUITS | Specialises in the leisure and hospitality sector and has an established client base that includes such names as Brewdog, Revolution Bars and The Alchemist Bar and Restaurant Group.
- KENNY MURRAY, CHESHIRE OAKS | Has overseen the centre’s expansion from 146 to 170 stores. Cheshire Oaks was the first and remains the UK’s largest designer outlet with over 400,000 square feet of retail space.
- NICOLE ROE, EDEN PLANNING | Projects include Egerton Village, an amenity village at Wirral Waters featuring a restaurant and bistro, retail units, artists’ studios, managed workspace, and an events space.
- NICK GERRARD, BLACKPOOL COUNCIL | Is implementing a £1billion growth investment programme including Blackpool Central, a leisure development predicted to attract 600,000 additional visitors each year, and boost annual spend in the town by around £75m
- WARWICK SMITHER, GENR8 | Projects include Rochdale Riverside, a 200,000 sq ft retail and leisure complex developed in partnership with Rochdale Borough Council as part of their £250 million regeneration of the town centre.
- BECKIE JOYCE, PRESTON CITY COUNCIL | Is delivering the council's regeneration and development agenda, including the Harris Quarter, anchored by the Council’s proposed new leisure scheme, Animate.
