Your Space phoenix signs at Chapel Street
Manchester-based serviced offices start-up YSE Solutions has signed a lease on 13,000 sq ft for the entire second floor of Rumford Investments' 20 Chapel Street in Liverpool.
Chapel Street will be the second base for the company in Liverpool; it also operates the Il Palazzo offices at the top of nearby Water Street.
YSE Solutions rose from the ashes of AIM-listed Your Space plc which entered into administration with Deloitte in March 2010. YSE Solutions, trading as YSes, was founded in July 2010 by former Your Space chief executive Shaun Mealey alongside Ruth Mealey and Emma Middlehurst, acquiring some of the former assets of Your Space. YSes operates from nine sites across London, Birmingham, Liverpool and Manchester. In Manchester it has serviced offices in 23 Mount Street – also its headquarters – and St James's Court on Brown Street.
The Chapel Street offices are due to open next month. Mason Owen, Hitchcock Wright & Partners and DTZ are letting agents on the building. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
