Warrington’s St James Business Centre fills up
Langtree’s 80,000 sq ft St James Business Centre in Warrington is now 70% full after four new tenants moved into the flexible office space in the first six weeks of the year.
Four companies have moved into the building so far this year: care provider Continuum Group; payroll accounting specialists ForeTwo Group; management consultant Fox Controls; and PSL Professional Services.
Between them, the businesses have taken around 2,000 sq ft of the 80,000 sq ft building.
Two existing tenants, business support contractor Netcomm, and the Association of Family Therapy, have also taken additional space in the building. Individual offices in the building are up to 6,500 sq ft in size.
It is estimated 400 people now work at the Business Centre following the latest leases, and around 24,000 sq ft of space is still available. Langtree runs the building as part of its Wire Regeneration joint venture with Warrington Council.
Ian Taggart, group property manager at Langtree, said: “We really do have a variety of businesses here, and our latest four lettings point to the breadth of tenants that have chosen to make us home.
“Tenants tell us that this diversity is one of our great strengths. It feels like a proper community and has been key to our success.”
