St Modwen choose Paver Smith for regional PR

Liverpool and Manchester-based agency Paver Smith has been appointed to manage the North West public relations brief for national developer St Modwen Properties.

The contract win follows a competitive pitch involving numerous major agencies in the region and will see Paver Smith responsible for eight schemes.

These include the £350m Skelmersdale project in West Lancashire, Project Jennifer in Liverpool's Great Homer Street, Wythenshawe Town Centre in Greater Manchester, and the St Modwen and Halton Borough Council JV Widnes Regeneration Ltd, which celebrates its 10th anniversary this year. Others include Stonebridge Business Park in Liverpool, Blackburn Innovation Centre, and sites in Connahs Quay and Ellesmere Port.

The regional PR brief was formerly handled by Howle Chapman Raymer in the Midlands.
