Roger Hannah brings Kelsall Williams on board

The long-established Manchester consultancy firm has acquired boutique lease advisory business Kelsall Williams.

John Kelsall, who brings more than 30 years’ experience in the industry, will remain as part of the expanded Roger Hannah business as a director for the foreseeable future.

He will continue to play a key role overseeing the merged business and developing future opportunities, whilst continuing to service the existing Kelsall Williams client base.

In this, he will work closely with Joe Wilkinson, a senior member of Roger Hannah’s own lease advisory team, to facilitate a smooth integration of Kelsall Williams into the business.

Simon Cook, managing director of Roger Hannah since 2011, said: “Kelsall Williams is a well-known and highly regarded lease consultancy practice acting for a range of premier clients across the North West and beyond.

“We are focused on integrating Kelsall Williams clients into our business and together we believe we can build on our shared values, providing a platform for future growth.”

John Kelsall, who set up his firm in 2004, said, “The combination of Kelsall Williams and Roger Hannah is fantastic news for our clients. It brings together the skills and professionalism of both practices, while also allowing our clients to benefit from the broader support available in a growing and entrepreneurial business.

“I look forward to working with the lease advisory team at Roger Hannah, as well as continuing to work closely with our clients and ensuring their needs are met moving forwards.”

Multidisciplinary firm Roger Hannah was set up in 1979 and now employs more than 70 people. In 2021, it bought up viability consultancy Grasscroft Development Solutions, while in 2016 it acquired surveying firm Guest Garsden.
