Ridge relocates Liverpool office
The consultancy has moved from just shy of 5,000 sq ft to 6,300 sq ft at Square Ape’s Twenty Chapel Street.
Ridge & Partners has relocated its Liverpool office from Exchange Flags to the 15th floor of the 155,000 sq ft Twenty Chapel Street.
The business will join Liverpool Football Club, Barclays, RSM, Orega, Mason Owen, and Appreciate Group in the building.
CBRE acted for Square Ape and Worthington Owen acted for Ridge.
The Liverpool move comes around a year after Ridge relocated its Manchester office from Belvedere House to 10,500 sq ft at 100 Embankment in Salford.
Twenty Chapel Street is a 16-storey Grade A office building comprising 155,000 sq ft with an established occupier mix including Liverpool Football Club, Barclays, RSM Orega, Mason Owen and Appreciate Group.
Neil Kirkham, senior director at CBRE said: “This latest letting at Twenty Chapel Street demonstrates the appeal of this landmark building which holds a prominent position in the growing and thriving Liverpool business district.
“The calibre of occupier in the building speaks for itself and this recent transaction is testament to the quality of the product, combined with the opportunity to co-locate with some global brands.”

Small steps but positive nonetheless.
