Religious organisation takes Preston industrial space

James Hay Pension Trustees has let 1,540 sq ft industrial unit 213-215 on Lancaster Road North in Preston to The Reconciliation Ministries.

The religious organisation has agreed to rental totals of £7,000 per annum over a period of three years, with a three-month rent free period.

Robert Pinkus & Co was sole letting agents.
