- MARCUS DIXON, JLL | With 20 years of research experience, Marcus has extensive knowledge of UK real estate. Marcus has worked in an advisory capacity on multiple large scale mixed-use developments across the UK and leads the team responsible for monitoring house prices, rents, transactions, and new development volumes at JLL.
- RACHAEL GORDON, MASLOW CAPITAL | Maslow Capital is a leading provider of real estate development finance in the UK. Rachael manages the credit and due diligence process for new development deals, working closely with the origination team in the completion of new transactions and ongoing portfolio management where she has closed and managed over £600m of facilities to date.
- PROFESSOR TIM JONES, UNIVERSITY OF LIVERPOOL | Professor Tim Jones took up post as Vice-Chancellor of the University of Liverpool in 2023. Tim is a member of the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority Business & Enterprise Board, the N8 Research Partnership, Liverpool Knowledge Quarter Board and Sciontec board as well as a director of the Russell Group.
- EDWARD TARRATT, LUC | Since joining LUC in 2007, Edward has worked at over ten separate universities. Notable projects include the £300m Waterside Campus development in Northampton and the Faculty of Arts Building at the University of Warwick which was shortlisted for the 2023 Stirling Prize.
- PETE THOMPSON, ARUP | Pete focusses his time on developing decarbonisation and implementation strategies that help organisations achieve their carbon targets, working closely with estates and buildings teams such as at The University of Liverpool, The University of Sheffield, Cambridge University Hospitals, NHS Trust, UCLan and the University of Salford.
