NSI sells two North West sheds for £4m

A 23,012 sq ft detached unit on a 3.2-acre site in Skelmersdale and a 12,072 sq ft detached unit in Knowsley have been sold to private buyers.

Industrial property specialist B8RE has completed the disposal of both on behalf of Network Space Investments.

Edwards advised the purchaser on the Skelmersdale shed, which is let to RMD Kwikform. PK3 advised the buyer of the Knowsley unit, which is occupied by Greenbridge Technology.

The two sales added up to more than £4m, and achieved ahead of quote after what B8RE describes as a competitive bidding processes.

Joe Sinclair, associate director at B8RE said: “We are delighted to complete the sale of these assets, bringing to a close a successful business plan for NSI.

“We were able to generate extremely strong interest with over 20 viewings across both sales, highlighting the depth of investor demand for good quality assets, in strong North West industrial locations.

“In what remains a challenging market, it’s great to reach such a successful conclusion in quick timeframes working alongside NSI and the other parties.”
