Pilsworth Industrial Estate sells for £2.7m

A regional investment firm has acquired the Bury site from Ash Investments in a deal reflecting an initial yield of 6.95%.

The 25,000 sq ft industrial estate has 27 units, all of which are let. The estate sits off Junction 3 of the M66.

NR Investments, the investment arm of Nolan Redshaw, represented Ash Investments in the transaction.

“Pilsworth Industrial Estate is an extremely popular, strategically positioned estate,” said Nolan Redshaw surveyor Jonathan Pickles.

“It incorporates units of various sizes ranging from 500 sq ft – 2,300 sq ft with historically minimal vacancy rates and a variety of asset management opportunities,” he continued. “This investment was sold off the market which again reflect the strong demand for multi-let industrial estates of this calibre.”

Earlier this month NR Investments and CBRE negotiated the £9.85m sale of a Prestwich retail park.
