Packaging firm signs for 198,000 sq ft in Ellesmere Port
Cardboard box manufacturer eCorrugated as signed a long-term lease at Arrow Capital Partners’ Aviator Park.
The packaging outfit is relocating from Ellesmere Port’s Poole Hall Industrial Estate to the 198,000 sq ft modern unit known as Aviator 200.
Aviator 200 has a clear internal height of 15.5 metres and provides 24 loading docks and three level access doors. The unit also features various sustainability measures, including the provision of electric vehicle charging points, and has achieved an EPC ‘A’ rating.
The asset is one of two within the second phase of Aviator Park, part of Arrow’s Strategic Industrial Real Estate joint venture with Cerberus Capital Management. The other, an 81,000 sq ft unit, was let to Gwynedd Shipping in 2022.
