Stockport picks Carillion for new HQ

Carillion Developments has been selected to build a £50m mixed-use scheme on three sites for Stockport council.

The project will take up 1.5 acres on Wellington Road South and include a new headquarters for the council on Edward Street.

The project is due to complete in 2010.
