Inacity secures lettings at Blackbox Business Centre

Four lettings have been reported at Blackbox Business Centre in Wilmslow.

Inacity, the Manchester-based property developer, has secured lettings totalling approximately 2,464 sq ft at the office accommodation.

Recruitment consultant Mitchell Maguire; law firm Roberts Jackson, commercial kitchen manufacturer N. Circle and global clinical trial services firm Quanticate, have each taken suites within the refurbished building.

WHR and joint letting agent Lambert Smith Hampton acted on behalf of Inacity.

Blackbox Business Centre offers 12,590 sq ft of office accommodation.
