CBRE strengthens Liverpool office team

Tim Garnett has joined CB Richard Ellis's Liverpool office agency department from Matthews & Goodman as senior surveyor.

Garnett joins the section headed by Chris Hennessey and will deal with general lettings, sales and acquisitions.

Hennessey, director of office agency in Liverpool, said: "The office market in the region continues to perform well with a buoyant development sector and a significant amount of quality refurbished space available. As we head into 2008, this growth looks set to continue, with all eyes on Liverpool."
