Admiral Taverns appoints Caldicott Payne to sell pubs

Admiral Taverns has appointed Caldicott Payne Commercial's Manchester and Somerset offices to dispose of 240 freeholds.

The units ranging from £75,000 freehold to £500,000 are situated across the country from Cumbria through Manchester, Cheshire and the Midlands down to the southern regions of Surrey, Somerset and London.

Admiral Taverns is seeking to rationalise its estate and added a further 45 units to the list today.

Richard Payne, sales director at Caldicott Payne, said: "Most of the units carry some form of alternate use, development opportunity, or the possibility of a first foot on the freehold ladder and starter opportunities for anyone looking to start their own licensed business."

Caldicott Payne recently opened its Manchester office, to be managed by Payne, at Manchester Business Park, Manchester Airport.
