With around £185m to deploy, the public sector-owned development debt provider supports projects with strong regeneration and environmental focuses.

The North West Evergreen Fund is managed by CBRE executive director Will Church and head of lending Andrew Antoniades. The two spoke with Place North West about the fund’s priorities and how it can help progress projects in a difficult market.

Along the way, they also touched on how the fund should be an example for investment by central government and how local authorities and pension funds are addressing the current lack of debt funding in the market.
