M7 Real Estate scoops £12m Quantum Park

The 46,000 sq ft multi-let industrial unit in Manchester, currently home to Travis Perkins and Sapphire Garage, has now changed hands.
Griffiths Eccles acted for M7 Real Estate in the £12m acquisition, while Cortex Partners represented the vendor, Westbrook.
Quantum Park was developed by Quorum Property more than a decade ago.
Car dealership Sapphire Garage occupies the 32,500 sq ft Units 1 and 2, while builder’s merchant Travis Perkins occupies the remaining 14,000 sq ft Units 3 and 4.
