PWA Planning appoints director as Manchester office turns one

Paul Forshaw has joined the consultancy from Liverpool-based DLP Planning.

Forshaw will head up PWA Planning’s five-strong Manchester team, which was established last April.

Preston-headquartered PWA’s new man in Manchester has 20 years of experience as a town planner, having previously worked for Turley, Peel Land, Emery Planning, and BNP Paribas.

Most recently he spent two years at DLP Planning, who he joined as an associate before being promoted to director.

Paul Walton, managing director of PWA Planning, said: “We’ve witnessed solid growth in our Manchester office over the last 12-months and felt now was the right time to take this to the next level and bring in someone highly experienced to lead the next phase of growth in the region.
