JLL finds tenant for Chancery Place office

JLL has sub-let its 7,800 sq ft former Manchester office on the tenth floor of Chancery Place to serviced office provider i2 Office.

The deal will see i2 add a third floor to its existing presence in Chancery Place, taking its total space to 23,400 sq ft.

JLL left Chancery Place following its merger with King Sturge in August 2011, relocating to One Piccadilly Gardens. HSB Engineering International and Clyde & Co solicitors are among Chancery's other occupiers.

Chris Mulcahy, director of office agency at JLL Manchester, said: "This deal has allowed i2 to expand its presence at Chancery Place and leaves just a single floor remaining on the market at this prestigious building.

"The availability of Grade A stock is significantly reducing, while occupier demand goes from strength to strength and so we continue to receive strong interest in the building."
