Insurance firm takes 8,700 sq ft at Birchwood Boulevard

Accident Credit Group has signed a five-year lease at the Warrington business park, which is owned by Betfred’s Fred Done.

The insurance claim funder has acquired 620 Birchwood Boulevard, just a 10-minute drive from Warrington town centre, at £15.50/sq ft.

ACG will occupy the whole building, which provides 8,700 sq ft of office space over two floors.

Outside, staff will also have access to 36 car parking spaces.

Birchwood Boulevard is made up of 41 self-contained offices, with ACG joining the likes of First Recruitment Group and Urban Life Manchester at the site.

BE Group and Knight Frank are the joint agents at Birchwood Boulevard. ACG were unrepresented.

Simon Roddam, director at BE Group, said: “The Warrington office market has not been immune to the changes of occupier demands since the pandemic and the implementation of hybrid working.

“From a positive viewpoint, we have seen an increase in demand for smaller office spaces, but in the case of ACG’s relocation, they have expanded their business and, in turn, their office space.”
