Gladman sells office space in Wrexham

Cheshire-based developer Gladman has secured two more deals at its 60,000 sq ft Wilkinson Business Park office scheme located at Wrexham Industrial Estate.

Business support service, Venture Wales, and information technology provider, Data Pacific, join existing occupiers including Meadow Vale Foods and Castlemead Group, after each bought 2,250 sq ft of office space each. The cost of each sale was not disclosed.

Tom Creer, of retained agents Beresford Adams Commercial, said: "Wilkinson Court is now generating its own critical mass and enquiries have increased marketedly over the recent weeks. We hope to capitalise upon the momentum generated by these recent transactions and there is absolutely no doubt that the quality and value of premises at Wilkinson Court is exceptional."

Brian Colley, director of Venture Wales, added: "Gladman have been a pleasure to deal with providing us not just with premises but also incorporating a fit-out element in the final deal. We hope that Wilkinson Court will allow us to expand our provision of business consultancy services with a view to taking more space later in the year."

Wilkinson Business Park offers six detached buildings and six semi-detached buildings with suites available from 1,000 sq ft up to 6,000 sq ft on a freehold or leasehold basis.
