GAME wins management contract for Deansgate Square
The Manchester-based firm specialises in security, cleaning, concierge, and facilities management.
GAME is set to operate across three of Deansgate Square’s towers – the East, the North, and the South – and could employ up to 14 people to do so.
Gabriel Erinle, GAME founder and managing director, said: “With nearly two decades in property and estate management and vast experience of managing complex estates, I understand the vital role facilities management plays in protecting and enhancing high-end developments like Deansgate Square.
“GAME was built to challenge the traditional, corporate FM model.
“We pride ourselves on being more responsive, aligned with the communities we serve, and more focused on people – both our clients and our team.
“We’re here to raise standards, and securing this contract with such a prestigious residential scheme is a huge milestone.”
He added: “We’re excited to deliver a service that exceeds expectations and brings real value to its residents and stakeholders alike.”
The firm will be charged with overseeing almost 190,000 sq ft of space, including operating amenities such as gyms, a 20m indoor pool, a spa, and a multi-use sports hall.
Security will be supplied for communal and at entrance areas of the site.
Currently, GAME operates across Manchester city centre, collectively managing assets worth more than £1.2bn after only 10 months since launching.
GAME’s portfolio includes Piccadilly Basin, Ducie House, and Carvers Warehouse, in tandem with Town Centre Securities.
The firm is also working with Recom Solutions, providing services for their offices and their portfolio.
In addition, a partnership with Nordic Services is set to deliver public realm cleansing works across the BID and ABID areas for Cityco.

He continued: “We are confident the property will be expertly managed, with security as a top priority.”

They could start by getting Renaker to do some civic duty and clear all the building debris and rubbish out of the Medlock -it looks more like a ‘river’ in India than a place making centre of ‘regeneration’
