ESR Europe sells 1m sq ft Speke industrial

ICG has acquired Triumph Business Park for £63.5m.

The 1m sq ft Speke asset stretches to 65 acres and includes 14 acres of open storage.

The asset will sit within ICG Metropolitan platform, which comprises 70 logistics assets across four countries, totalling in excess of 9m sq ft.

DTRE advised ESR Europe on the sale. Knight Frank advised ICG.

The deal is one of the largest in the North West this year, topped in value only by the £75m sale of a Sainsbury’s shed in Haydock to Tritax Big Box REIT and Clarion’s £115m acquisition of Frontier Park in Blackburn from Monte Blackburn.

The North West recorded £532m of industrial deals in the first six months of the year.

InfraRed Capital Partners bought the asset for £30m in 2019. InfraRed was acquired by ARA Europe, part of ESR Europe, in 2024.
