Canmoor lets 60,000 sq ft in Manchester

Match Worn Shirts and CAF have signed for 11,500 sq ft and 49,000 sq ft respectively at the developer’s Lowry Park scheme in Newton Heath.

The occupiers are the first to sign at the 183,000 sq ft first phase of Canmoor’s  Lowry Park.

Match Worn Shirts is a subscription service whereby subscribers receive match worn football tops, while CAF is a European train manufacturer.

The 10 phase one units range from 5,000 sq ft to 55,000 sq ft and are all rated EPC A and BREEAM ‘very good’.

Later phases of Lowry Park feature two larger sheds spanning 146,000 sq ft and 124,000 sq ft.

Rodney Hunt, director at Canmoor, said “We are excited to welcome two new occupiers to Lowry Park.

“Set in the perfect location to serve Manchester for last-mile logistics, and for access to the wider motorway network, the surrounding area serves a diverse commercial audience with CAF and Match Worn Shirt adding to this mix, demonstrating the pull of the strategic location, along with the quality of the development.”

Colliers, Rock Real Estate and DTRE are retained as letting agents at Lowry Park.
